Shipping & Return Policy:
Due to the copyright laws on my product, I will NOT accept any returns except for my shakers. If the shakers are damaged, please inform me immediately and once the damaged item has been returned to Decorate Your Memories, then a new one will be shipped out. If you are just returning my shakers because your are not satisfied, then their will be a 15% restocking fee and will be subtracted from your refund.
If anything is missing from your order please contact me immediately upon receipt.
If any item is missing from any kit, please contact me immediately upon receipt and I will replace that particular item.
If the shipping company damages your package and its contents, please contact them immediately for reimbursement. No other guarantee or warranty is provided or implied.
